*PLEASE READ THE  RULES & MAT ETIQUETTE BELOW BEFORE BOOKING.

*GI/Kimono with belt will be provided upon enrollment.

Gi grappling involves wearing a traditional martial arts uniform called Gi or  Kimono. The Gi has a collar that can be grabbed and used in techniques, such as chokes and throws. Gi grappling also involves using grips on the sleeves and pants to control the opponent's movement and execute techniques.

No-Gi, is done without wearing the traditional martial arts uniform. Instead, practitioners wear tight-fitting rash guards and shorts( no pockets or zippers. In No-gi grappling, there are no collars or sleeves to grab onto, so the focus is more on using body positioning and control to execute techniques.

Both styles of grappling have their own unique advantages and disadvantages, and many practitioners train in both to become well-rounded grapplers.
